Judy Marchand-Hampton | Founder and CEO
As founder and CEO of LMH Consulting, LLC, Judy Marchand-Hampton helps clients advance from vision to value through strategy, planning, and project management services. Having excelled in executive roles for state agencies, private sector, and higher education, Ms. Marchand-Hampton has extensive experience in technology management and all aspects of technology services and systems including technology governance, service delivery, strategic planning, IT investment management, contract management, and enterprise systems.
Prior to creating LMH, Ms. Marchand-Hampton served as Executive Director of Virginia’s Information Technology Agency (VITA) where she directed a broad range of customer-focused technology delivery systems. She headed VITA’s project management office (PMO), providing governance over Commonwealth technology projects and procurements; created VITA’s Innovation Program; and served as Chief Information Officer in the higher education setting.
Gregory Marchand, Sr. | Business Development
As Manager of Business Development, Gregory Marchand leverages his extensive and highly successful business development, sales, and marketing experience to research and cultivate partnership opportunities for LMH Consulting. In addition to his role at LMH, Mr. Marchand serves as Development Manager for Avencion USA LLC, an international technology development and project implementation consulting company.
A chemist by profession, Mr. Marchand has excelled in multiple project management and business development assignments in marketing, sales, administrative systems, strategic planning, transportation/logistics, and procurement for major global energy companies.
